Dry cured in house by our butchers to produce a real traditional bacon. A quality product with absolutely no added water, which means there's none of that white stuff when you cook it. Bacon like it should be.

How to Cook Dry Cured Streaky Bacon

Grill on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 2-3 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

What to do with Dry Cured Streaky Bacon

Grill it, or fry it in a little bit of oil. Any food can be improved when it's wrapped in streaky bacon before cooking. Wrap it around sausages, chicken, asparagus, even chips!


Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
