This month's box includes two roasting favourites alongside diced beef steak for warming casseroles, curries and a proper homemade chilli, plus plenty of chicken, pork, bacon and handmade sausages for easy meals throughout the weeks ahead.

Your butchers box contains a selection of meats prepared in different ways, including roasting joints, sausage and bacon.
For the best results, follow the specific cooking instructions for each individual product. Cooking times will vary depending on the cut, weight and cooking method.
Always ensure poultry and pork products are cooked thoroughly before serving. Larger roasting joints should be rested after cooking before carving.

Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery.
