Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our products and are fully committed to our aim of providing you with the highest quality produce delivered to your door. Your products are prepared and packed specifically for your order the day before your chosen delivery date and shipped overnight in temperature controlled packaging. Every order is carefully checked and signed off before dispatch.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and if you have any concerns about the condition of any products, then please contact us immediately by email at or give us a call on 01952 872120. All complaints regarding the condition or quality of any product will then be dealt with by the appropriate department and we will respond to you as soon as possible with our findings.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of fresh products in transit, we are unable to accept returnsĀ of any items categorised as food.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods or service supplied, we may, at our discretion, send you a refund to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations. Refunds will be process within 5 business days of a complaint being made and investigated by our complaints department.
