How much is delivery?

All orders over £75.00 automatically qualify for FREE standard delivery.

Orders below £75 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge.

All orders for delivery are subject to a minimum order of £29.99.

Do you offer a click & collect service?

We offer a FREE Click & Collect service on all orders over £10. This service is ideal for customers that live and/or work in the Telford areas as all orders must be collected from our Telford Collection Point (TF1 5JD). 

Can I get free local delivery?

We offer a FREE Local Delivery service to all TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4, and TF5 postcodes, based on a minimum spend of £29.99*. Please click here for further details.

Do I have to be at home to receive my delivery?

No, not at all. As our produce is sent out fresh we'd much prefer you received your order on your nominated delivery day, rather than them being held overnight in a warehouse, and thus we usually instruct our couriers to leave your order in a safe place. If you think you might be out when your delivery arrives, please include your safe place, or preferred neighbour, in the Delivery Details at checkout.

    Ensure that the safe place you choose is protected from the elements and is guarded from public view to avoid damage and theft. If including Preferred Neighbour, please let us know their Name and House Number in the Delivery Details box at check out. The neighbour's house must be next door and they should be aware that you’re sharing their information for this delivery

    If you have any further specific delivery requirements please add this to your order notes when you check out.

    You can also arrange delivery to your workplace if that's more convenient, and because we vacuum pack all your produced and pack into chilled packaging, your meat will stay nice and fresh until you get home and pop it in the fridge or freezer.

    While our goal is to honour your preferences whenever possible, we can't always guarantee that our carriers will be able to meet their delivery instructions under all circumstances.

    When will my order arrive?

    Your order will arrive between 8AM and 6PM on your specific delivery day, which you choose during check out. If you require an AM (before 12PM) delivery, then this is available to select at checkout for an additional £5.

    If there are any issues and we cannot fulfill your order on your selected date, a member of the True Bites Team will email you to discuss new arrangements.

    On the rare occasion our carriers aren't able to meet their delivery demands on a specific day, and your order is returned to the depot, we have their assurances that your delivery will be fulfilled by 8AM the following day. 

    How will my order be packed?

    All our products are prepared fresh by experienced butchers, and are individually packed and sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Your order is then hand picked and packed into a temperature controlled polystyrene cool-box, and topped with ice packs, to ensure the optimum temperature during transit. A seamless trip from us to your kitchen.

    Can I track my delivery?

    All our deliveries are trackable, we'll send you the details when your order is dispatched. 

    Where do you deliver to?

    We can deliver to any U.K. address, however some more difficult to reach locations may incur additional charges, such as EX, TQ, PL, and TR postcodes in England. Postage to some areas of Scotland (Inc. postcodes DG, TD, AB, DD, IV, KA, FK, KW, KY, G, EH, ML, PA, PH) is also subject to a surcharge of £5.00.

    We can not currently deliver to the following:

    Who will deliver my order?

    We use APC Overnight national couriers to deliver your meat between 8.00am and 6.00pm. 

    Is delivering meat safe?

    Absolutely. We put lots of care and attention into making sure your order gets to you in the same condition it left us, in the same quality you'd expect buying in person. Your order is individually packed into heavy duty courier boxes with strengthened insulated liner, and air-filled bubble wrap where necessary to keep goods secure. Reusable ice packs are added to make sure your order arrives safe and remains within refrigerated temperatures during transit.  

    What if my order doesn't arrive?
