What Are Bacon Misshapes? 

Bacon misshapes come from part rashers and trim taken off the ends of bacon loins, which is unsuitable for retail packets of sliced bacon. Misshapes are really cost effective and perfect to use as lardons or in recipes as it saves you dicing up nice whole rashers of bacon.

How to Cook Bacon Misshapes

Grill on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 2-3 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
