Our rindless (i.e skinless) pork belly cubes are removed of all rind, and hand cut into 2-3cm squares, making them absolutely ideal for pork burnt ends at your next BBQ, or any number of pork belly recipes.
How to Cook Rindless Pork Belly Cubes
Remove all packaging. Slow cook on a wire rack for around 2 hours at 150°C/ Fan 130°C/ Gas 2. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
