British or Irish Beef Shin, prepared by our butchers.
Cut from the lower leg, beef shin is a hardworking muscle with natural marbling and connective tissue that breaks down beautifully during slow cooking. When given time, it becomes rich, tender and full of deep beef flavour.
Ideal for stews, curries and slow braises, shin delivers a hearty texture and glossy, flavour-packed sauces. A traditional cut that rewards patience and proper cooking.
Available sliced or diced in selected pack sizes.
