Prepared from British pork belly, boned, trimmed and butterflied by our butchers, then generously filled with our classic sage & onion stuffing before being rolled, tied and scored for crisp crackling.

Pork belly rewards a little patience in the oven, delivering tender, richly flavoured meat and crispy crackling. This guide covers the best temperatures, timings, and methods for cooking pork belly joints, slices, or cubes to perfection.
Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Pat the joint dry, rub skin with a little oil and plenty of sea salt (for extra-crisp crackling). Roast uncovered for 2.5–3 hours (calculate ~25-30 mins per 500g + 30 mins extra). For ultimate crackling: Blast at 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 for the final 20-30 mins. Rest under foil for 15-20 mins before carving – internal temp should reach 75°C.
Slice thickly and serve with roast potatoes, apple sauce, gravy, and greens. Leftovers make amazing sandwiches or stir-fries!

Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
