Ultimate Steak Box

A premium selection of eight restaurant-quality steaks, expertly matured, hand-cut by our butchers and individually packed for convenience.

Featuring four of Britain's favourite steak cuts, this box is ideal for date nights, family steak dinners or gifting to the steak lover in your life.

Each box includes:

  • 2 x 8oz Fillet Steaks
  • 2 x 8oz Ribeye Steaks
  • 2 x 8oz Sirloin Steaks
  • 2 x 8oz Rump Steaks

All steaks are individually packed and delivered fresh, ready to cook or freeze.

Please note that as all steaks are hand-cut, weights may vary by up to 10%.

Cooking Instructions

How to Cook Ultimate Steak Box

Remove the steak from the packaging and allow it to sit at room temperature for around 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with kitchen paper.

Season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper just before cooking. Heat a heavy frying pan, griddle or skillet until very hot, then add a little oil or lightly oil the steak.

Cook the steak over a high heat, turning halfway through, until cooked to your liking. As a guide for a steak around 2cm thick, cook for around 2 to 3 minutes each side for rare, 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium-rare, or 4 to 5 minutes each side for medium.

Remove from the pan, place on a warm plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for around 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
