Premium British or Irish Salt Beef Brisket, cured using our signature recipe.
Cut from the forequarter and carefully cured by our butchers, this brisket is prepared using our own balanced curing blend to develop deep flavour and a tender finish. Each joint is made to order and allowed time to properly cure.
Ideal for slow simmering and slicing for classic salt beef, sandwiches or hearty plates. A traditional favourite prepared properly, with patience and care.
Made to order – please allow 4–5 days for preparation and curing.
Hand-prepared, so weight may vary slightly.

What to do with Salt Beef Brisket
Unrolled the brisket, by cutting the strings, lay the meat out flat, cover in your favourite beef dry rub and cook low and slow. Ideally on a bbq or smoker for that authentic flavour.
