Premium boneless ribeye beef roast, cut from the forerib. Often considered one of the tastiest and most sophisticated flavoured joints, which makes it perfect for that special roast.

    How to Cook Ribeye Roast

    Remove beef from packaging and rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before roasting. Heat a frying pan or griddle pan until very hot, brush the meat with a little oil, and sear the meat on all sides for 3 - 4 minutes in total. Leave uncovered in a roasting tin, season and roast in centre of preheated oven at 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4.

    Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
