One of our most popular sausages, especially in the summer months, as they are ideal for cooking on the bbq. The bbq process really helps to bring out the natural sweetness of the apple, and of course adds a lovely smokey flavour.
How to Cook Pork, Apple & Cider Sausage
Grill, or fry for 6-8 minutes. Turning occasionally. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, before serving.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
