How to Cook Pigs Liver

Place the liver in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and shallow fry on a moderate heat for 7-8 minutes turning occasionally. Make sure food is piping hot throughout and that no pink colour remains before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
