Hot & Spicy Marinade

An intense blend of aromatic spices with a sweet, spiced tomato base and a warming chilli finish. Balanced heat with a savoury depth that works across a wide range of meats.

Ideal for chicken, pork ribs or drumsticks, this dry rub forms a flavourful crust when roasted or grilled.

Use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.

No artificial colours or flavours.

How to Cook Hot & Spicy Marinade

For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
