How to Cook Lean Diced Chicken Breast

Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Place one of the pieces into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready. If not, heat for a little longer. Fry for 7-10 minutes, turning frequently. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear.
