Chinese Marinade

A sweet and savoury seasoning blend with distinctive aniseed notes and warming spice. Inspired by classic Chinese-style flavours, delivering depth and gentle sweetness.

Ideal for chicken, pork or ribs, this dry rub develops a rich glaze-like finish when roasted or grilled.

Use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.

No artificial colours or flavours.

How to Cook Chinese Marinade

For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
