British Meat Icon Three Day Delivery

1kg rack of pork belly ribs, dry cured in-house using our own True Bites curing recipe.

These bacon ribs are carefully prepared and cured by our butchers, combining the rich flavour of pork ribs with the deep savoury character of traditional dry-cured bacon.

As each rack is made to order, please allow 4–5 days for preparation and curing before dispatch. Ideal for slow-cooking, boiling or braising with a high heat finish for glaze.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Your order is prepared fresh by our family butchers, vacuum sealed for freshness, then packed by hand into insulated packaging with specialist gel ice packs to help keep everything chilled for at least 48 hours.

We use DPD tracked delivery, so you’ll know exactly when your box is arriving. You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over £120.
