Buffalo Marinade

A bold, fiery glaze with sharp heat and a tangy finish. Inspired by classic American-style Buffalo sauce, delivering a proper chilli kick without overpowering the meat.

Ideal for chicken wings, thighs and drumsticks, or chicken breasts for added heat. Designed to caramelise lightly during cooking for a sticky, flavour-packed finish.

Use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes before cooking.

How to Cook Buffalo Glaze

For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
