Quality butchers beef mince, ideal for all the usual mince dishes (including bolognase, lasagne), but especially great for making your own burgers. Our mince is carefully picked from cuts with the right meat to fat balance. Typically we use at least 85% lean meat so as to be tender and full of favour. Available in:

How to Cook Beef Mince
Heat a little oil in a pan, or wok until hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince, stirring frequently, for 6-8 minutes. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

What to do with Beef Mince
