How to Cook Beef Meatballs
Remove meatballs from packaging and place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a pre heated oven at 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas 4 for 20 - 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Heat a little oil in a pan, or wok until hot. Remove meatballs from packaging and add to pan. Brown the meatballs on all sides, stirring frequently, for 6-8 minutes. Add your chosen sauce, or stock. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
