Tandoori Marinade

An authentic medium-heat blend of masala spices delivering warm, rounded tandoori flavour with balanced spice and depth.

Ideal for chicken breasts, thighs or skewers, this dry rub creates a rich, aromatic coating when grilled, oven-roasted or cooked over flame.

Use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.

No artificial colours or flavours.

How to Cook Tandoori Marinade

For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
