How to Cook Diced Beef Brisket

For the best results with our premium diced beef brisket, use a low-and-slow method to let those rich, marbled chunks become melt-in-the-mouth tender while holding their shape perfectly. Start by patting the meat dry and seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Heat a splash of oil in a heavy pan over medium-high heat, then brown the diced brisket in batches for 4-5 minutes until nicely caramelised—this step locks in incredible flavour. Transfer to your slow cooker or casserole dish, add your chosen aromatics (onions, garlic, herbs, spices), stock or sauce, and enough liquid to just cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or 3-4 hours on high), or braise in the oven at 150°C for the same time. The brisket will stay succulent and chunky, ideal for curries, stews, or gravies. Always check it's fork-tender before serving!

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
