Quality British, or Irish, stir fry beef steak strips, usually cut from the front half of the top rump muscle, or from steak trim taken off our rump and sirloin steaks. Available in:

How to Cook Stir fry Beef Strips
Heat a little oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and stir for 3 to 4 minutes, until the beef is lightly browned. Add your choice of vegetables, spring onion and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce and sesame seeds and stir fry until the vegetables are tender, about another 2 minutes.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
