In all seriousness, many people have real concerns over the outbreak of coronavirus and we'd like to just let you know what we're doing.
Not Food Borne
First of all, the coronavirus is NOT food borne. You can only contract it through close contact with someone who has the virus. So, it might be best to avoid hugging strangers for a while, if you weren't already, and maybe try and avoid being in large crowds? Remember, even though you might be young, and strong, with a great immune system, other people may not, so it's important to be sensible to avoid spreading the virus to the more vulnerable amongst us.
What We're Doing at HQ
We take health and hygiene extremely seriously at True Bites and have absolutely no cases of the virus amongst our staff. After consultation with our full-time food safety officer, we have implemented further hygiene guidelines at HQ, in order to make sure we are doing all we can to protect our staff and customers, and to prevent any instances of the virus.
We are monitoring the situation closely and communicating with staff, suppliers, and our courier partners, in order to make sure we are doing everything we can to protect our staff and customers. We have plans in place and are ready to respond if we are required.

Fresh deliveries - stock up the freezer
All our orders are delivered to you fresh, in specialist insulated eco delivery boxes, which means your order is perfectly suitable for home freezing. We also offer plenty of bulk buys options on our shop, meaning you can fill the freezer with quality meat and at a great price.
Delivery to your door on a day that suits you
Our orders are shipped over night, via APC national couriers, straight to your door, meaning there's no need to be around crowded supermarkets. You can even choose to leave your delivery in a safe place if you don't wish to interact with the delivery driver.
We even give you the option to choose your own delivery date at checkout, meaning your order will arrive on a day that suits you.
Fully stocked with quality meat
We are fully stocked at HQ (and are doing all we can to make sure we stay that way), and have a wide variety of quality meats available for our customers to order.
