Naturally lean, high in protein, and lower in fat, this turkey bacon is a great option for those who enjoy the flavour and versatility of bacon while avoiding pork or excess red meat.

Perfect for breakfasts, wraps, salads, or adding a smoky twist to everyday meals — all without compromising on taste.

Cooking Instructions

How to Cook Turkey Bacon

Turkey bacon can be grilled or pan-fried. For pan frying, heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook for around 1 minute on each side.

Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking for a further 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally. To grill, cook under a preheated medium grill for around 5–10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Cook until piping hot throughout before serving. As turkey bacon is naturally lean, avoid overcooking to help keep it tender.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
