How to Cook Steak Hache

Brush a little oil directly onto the hache and cook in a preheated heavy, frying pan or ridged griddle pan, or ideally on the BBQ or grill, and cook for 5 minutes without touching. Turn your hache and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
