Suitable for freezing British meat

Chicken wing drumettes, also known as prime wings, are the meatiest section of the wing and resemble small drumsticks.

Easy to cook and great for getting plenty of flavour, drumettes are ideal for BBQs, oven baking, or frying, making them perfect for parties, family meals, or finger food platters.

Excellent plain, tossed in sauce, or coated in your favourite dry rub. Supplied in 1kg packs.

How to Cook Chicken Wing Drumettes

Place on a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, or your favourite sauce and oven roast at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 in the centre of a preheated oven. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
