1KG whole rack of pork belly ribs home cured to our own True Bites dry cured recipe. Each rack of ribs is hand prepared for each order so please allow 4/5 leads days for our butchers to prepare and cure your bacon ribs.

Storage
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
