Resolving Our First Delivery Problem.

Had our first problem with delivery today courtesy of ipostparcels. Arranged a delivery with them as they guaranteed us a Saturday delivery, so safe to say we weren't very happy today when the told us the delivery won't arrive until Tuesday. Our packaging guarantees temperature for upto 72hrs in the right conditions so in this instance it's best for our customer to refuse delivery so we can arrange disposal at our Ketley site. We will arrange a fresh order for our customer ASAP and have sent our apologies.

Great customer service is our top priority and only wish to work with suppliers who share our passion and values on service and quality. So safe to say we won't be using ipostparcels again.
