Tikka Marinade

An intense blend of traditional spices delivering classic curry flavour and warm, aromatic depth. Balanced and savoury with a rounded finish.

Ideal for chicken breast, thigh or skewers, this dry rub creates a rich, flavour-packed coating when grilled, oven roasted or cooked over flame.

Use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.

No artificial colours or flavours.

How to Cook Tikka Marinade

For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
