Sticky Maple Glaze Marinade

A rich, sweet and sticky glaze with distinctive maple flavour and aroma. Designed to coat evenly and caramelise beautifully during cooking.

Simply use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes before cooking.

No artificial colours or flavours.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
