Product Description
Product Description
Whole Pork Butt, bone-in for low and slow cooking.
Cut from the upper shoulder of British pork, this bone-in joint is prized for slow roasting and barbecue cooking. The shoulder blade bone is left in to help retain moisture and distribute heat evenly during long cooks.
Well marbled and full of flavour, pork butt is the traditional choice for pulled pork and low-and-slow smoking.
Hand-prepared, so weight may vary slightly.
