A proper sausage — perfect for a barbecue, classic bangers and mash, breakfasts or casseroles.

How to Cook Pork & Black Pudding Sausage

Grill, or fry for 6-8 minutes. Turning occasionally. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
