Lamb mince taken from the trim of the leg/shoulder/breast of local British outdoor reared lamb. Perfect for a real traditional shepherds pie, moussaka, or for even making your own meat balls or lamb burgers. Available in:

  • 400g lamb mince, and 
  • 1.00kg lamb mince.

How to Cook Lamb Mince

To fry: Heat a dry frying pan until very hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince for 6 - 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

What to do with Lamb Mince

Mix with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to make your own tasty lamb burgers.


Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
