How to Cook Lamb Kofta Burgers

Remove koftas from all packaging. BBQ, grill or pan-fry. Cook for 10-15 minutes on a medium-high heat or until cooked through, turn occasionally to ensure evenly cooked.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
