Garlic Butter Marinade
A smooth blend of garlic with a rich, buttery note for a full, savoury finish. Designed to enhance natural flavour without overpowering the meat.
Ideal for chicken breasts, pork chops, steaks or roasting joints. Creates a golden, flavour-packed coating when grilled, pan-fried or oven roasted.
Use at approximately 10% of the weight of your chosen meat or poultry. Coat evenly and allow to rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
No artificial colours or flavours.

How to Cook Garlic Butter Marinade
For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
