Made with no added water, this bacon cooks cleanly and evenly, without excess moisture, delivering a firm texture and proper bacon flavour.

How to Cook Dry Cured Back Bacon
Grill on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 2-3 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
