The ultimate roasting joint. Cut from the same meat we use for our British Beef Sirloin Steaks, making this joint incredibly tasty and tender. The name sirloin is said to have come after a particularly tasty loin of beef was 'knighted' by a monarch, although it may actually come from the French word 'surlonge'.

How to Cook Sirloin Roasting Joint
Remove beef from packaging and rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before roasting. Place in roasting tin, lightly season and cover with foil. Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
