British or Irish Beef Fat Trimmings, ideal for rendering into tallow.

Carefully trimmed from quality steaks and roasting joints, this beef fat is perfect for rendering down into traditional beef tallow. Once rendered, tallow keeps well and adds rich flavour to roasting, frying and homemade pastries.

Also suitable for blending into mince to increase richness and flavour.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
