Barbecue Marinade is a sweet and spicy glaze, with a distinct tomato note, giving an authentic rich barbecue taste. Contains no artificial colours or flavours, and no hydrogenated fat. Use at 10% of the weight your chosen raw meat or poultry, evenly coat and leave to marinade for a minimum of 15 minutes before cooking.
How to Cook Barbecue Marinade
For best results add 100g of marinade per 1KG of raw meat (or 10% of the weight of the meat). Place the meat in a bag and add the marinade. Shake well to ensure the meat is coated on all sides. Place the bag in a fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to let the flavours develop. Cook as desired. Check meat is piping hot throughout before serving.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
