How to Cook Bacon Chop
Grill on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 4 - 5 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Rest meat for 5 minutes before serving.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
