Thick-cut bacon chops prepared from whole rindless back bacon loins and packed full of rich, savoury flavour.

A great alternative to pork chops or gammon steaks, these bacon chops are ideal for grilling, frying or adding to a hearty breakfast.

Available smoked or unsmoked.

  • 2kg bulk* packs (approx. 10 chops) - Perfect for freezing.

Cooking & Recipes

How to Cook Bacon Chop

Grill on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 4 - 5 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Rest meat for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions

Store at 0 - 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
