British, or Irish beef mince, freshly prepared by our butchers using cuts selected for a balanced meat-to-fat ratio.

With a slightly higher fat content than our lean mince, this mince delivers great flavour and moisture, making it ideal for Bolognese, lasagne, and especially homemade burgers.

How to Cook Beef Mince

Heat a little oil in a pan, or wok until hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince, stirring frequently, for 6-8 minutes. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

What to do with Beef Mince

Make into burger patties, add a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, and cook on a griddle or preferably outside on the BBQ.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
