With demand for our speciality flavoured sausages growing, and my inherent need for new recipes and 'something different', it has become difficult for us to keep up with the production of all our new flavours, as well as our old favourites. We make all our sausages ourselves on site at True Bites HQ and there just aren't enough hours in the day, especially given how well sales of our standard pork sausages are going. Butchers need tea breaks apparently.
Anyway, we have decided to start releasing limited batches of our speciality flavoured sausages once a month. This will give all our customers a chance to grab their favourites, and also give us a chance to experiment with some of our more unconventional flavours and ideas. Exciting, right??
Our current sausage club rota includes:
- Pork, Apple and Cider Sausage,
- Pork and Tomato Sausage,
- Smokey BBQ Pork Sausage,
- Pork and Leek Sausage,
- Jerk Chicken Sausage.
There will obviously be some others added, I might tell you about that soon, but if there's any flavours you'd like to see us making then please do let us know in the comments below. We value our customers feedback greatly.
