How to Cook Pork Loin Steaks
Brush with oil, season with salt & pepper. Pan-fry on high heat 1-2 mins per side, then finish in preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 15-20 mins until juices run clear (internal temp 63-70°C). Rest 2-3 mins for juiciness. Pair with applesauce, roasted veg, or a creamy mustard sauce.
