Cut from quality Danish pork and left with the rind on, this traditional middle bacon combines both loin and belly in one rasher.

Cooking & Recipes

How to Cook Middle Bacon

Grill on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 2-3 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
