Chicken wing drumettes, also referred to as chicken prime wings, are cut from the single joint located at the beginning of the wing. They are nicknamed drumettes due to their similarity to miniature chicken drumsticks and are ideal for barbecues and as a delicious finger food option at your next family feast.

How to Cook Chicken Wing Drumettes

Place on a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, or your favourite sauce and oven roast at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 in the centre of a preheated oven. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes. Ensure that the centre of the deepest part of the meat is piping hot, and the juices run clear. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
