Our pork mince is made by grinding of shoulder/leg/loin trim of local Staffordshire and Shropshire British pigs, making our mince nice and lean, and with a great flavour. Choose from:
- 450g (serves 2 - 4), or
- 1.00KG (serves 4 - 8).
How to Cook Lean Pork Mince
Heat a little oil in a pan, or wok until hot. Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince, stirring frequently, for 6-8 minutes. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
