- 4 x 100g lamb burgers, or
- 4 x 200g lamb burgers.
How to Cook Minted Lamb Burgers
Brush a little oil directly onto the burgers and cook in a preheated heavy, frying pan or ridged griddle pan, or ideally on the BBQ or grill, and cook for 5 minutes without touching. Turn your burgers and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. This product is delivered fresh so is suitable for home freezing. Freeze in your desired portions on day of delivery and defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
