Made the same way we produce our dry cured speciality bacon, but using nothing but 100% turkey breast instead of pork loin. Super lean and low in fat these are great for those who love the taste of bacon but are looking to avoid any excess fat. Also high in protein. Sliced and packed into 200g packets.
How to Cook Turkey Bacon
Grill on medium heat for 5 - 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Shallow fry in a frying pan of hot oil. Cook high for 1 minute each side, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 2-3 minutes turning occasionally Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Store at 4°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
