Rusk is used to bind your sausage mix together with water and seasoning to make the ideal sausage or burger. This Rusk has a high water absorption rate and minimum shrinkage during cooking.
What to do with Rusk
Combine with your chosen meat for burgers & sausages. Store any unused rusk in an airtight container.
